Anna is the pillar of our relocation department. Her bolstering experience and ambition ensure that every unique personality gets his or her securely grounded base in the Netherlands. Her lead in account and project management is one of a kind.
Gaby spent years traveling abroad. Having lived in the USA and Spain, he understands the life of an expat. His outgoing, solution focused approach combined with his cutting-edge technical knowledge ensures we deliver on our promise efficiently and elegantly. He ensures each client is satisfied with their newly bought or sold home.
With her international business background, she radiates her thriving ambition in ensuring a fully stress-free integration for new hires from different cultures. And as a social, helpful, and caring person, Dara is eager to find the perfect home.
Our experienced office and all-round real estate manager Debby ensure that UHs’ employees are given space to thrive in their field of work. Her protocols and structures in work flow makes that all employees are in sync and fully aligned.
Christien started to take a keen interest in international tax law while studying reading law at the University of Leiden. After more than 20 years of employment with a Rotterdam based tax firm, she started her own company, Cappon Tax Consultants, offering a wide range of services including tax advisory, tax dispute, international employment, and accountancy. She enjoys helping her clients ensure that their tax affairs are organized and managed in the most efficient manner. Christien takes care of all tax and accounting related questions that clients from Urban Homies have.

Stage kantoor medewerker & social media
Voor ons hippe makelaarskantoor zijn we opzoek naar een stagiaire die het leuk vindt om met vastgoed en social media bezig te zijn.
Ben jij in opleiding en ben je opzoek naar een stage waar je social media, design en office skills in de praktijk wil brengen dan zijn wij wellicht de perfecte leerschool.
Tijdens je stage neem je de kantoor telefoon aan, verbind door met de juiste collega’s, beheert de agenda’s van de makelaars, en plant de bezichtigingen in. Je verzorgd de social media posts, schrijft Nederlandse en Engelse aanbiedingsteksten en vindt het leuk om pro-actief mee te denken met oplossingen en creatieve ideeën.
Als jij je herkent in de onderstaande kenmerken willen wij je graag ontmoeten:
– Sterk in planning/planmatig;
– Amsterdam en omgeving goed kennen;
– Uitstekende Engelse taalvaardigheden;
– Een kei (in opleiding of instroom) op het gebied van social;
– Bij voorkeur affiniteit hebben met vastgoed;
– En uiteraard energiek, proactief en representatief;
– Mee willen groeien in een dynamisch, gezellig en informeel team (na je stage blijven behoord tot de mogelijkheden);
– Het leuk vinden om de social media te beheren;

Relocation Consultant
For our Urban Homies team, we are looking for an enthusiastic relocation consultant, or rather Urban “Homie”!
You are responsible for successfully guiding expats to the ideal accommodation and you know how to navigate the relocation world. You supervise the entire process from the initiation to aftercare. You are responsible for guiding, planning and placing new customers with a personal approach. You are able to build your own network. In time you will be the single point of contact for your own account. You contribute to the short- and long-term goals of Urban Homies.
We are always looking for social and enthusiastic people who meet the following:
– Have proactive skills
– Service oriented
– A nose for new business
– Know Amsterdam and the surrounding area well
– Empathy and social skills
– Excellent English language skills (must)
– Systematic and flexible (must)
– Adaptable, being able to switch well between projects (must)
– Have experience in real estate (pre)
– Are energetic, proactive and representative and who want to grow in a dynamic, pleasant and informal team
– Driver’s license B (must)

You are responsible for the buying and selling process of Dutch and International customers. You supervise the entire process from the first meeting to the aftercare. You work at the office for this, but you also go outside. You have a personal approach to this, and you build your own network. You contribute to the short- and long-term goals of Urban Homies.
