Yael is the founder of Urban Homies. She was born and raised in Amsterdam and having lived there all her life she really knows the city.

The company optimizer. With her international network and bird-eye view for opportunities and threats, she carries Urban Homies to the highest attainable level in the field of real estate and relocation. With her attention to clients’ needs she is always a step ahead in delivering value. She's the compass guiding Urban Homies service vision.

Christien Kraaijeveld

Christien takes care of all tax and accounting related questions that clients from Urban Homies might have.

Christien started to take a keen interest in international tax law while studying reading law at the University of Leiden. After more than 20 years of employment with a Rotterdam based tax firm, she started her own company, Cappon Tax Consultants, offering a wide range of services including tax advisory, tax dispute, international employment, and accountancy. She enjoys helping her clients ensure that their tax affairs are organized and managed in the most efficient manner. Christien takes care of all tax and accounting related questions that clients from Urban Homies have.

Voor ons gezellige makelaarskantoor zijn we op zoek naar een leuke office manager.

Jij bent als office manager het visite kaartje van Urban Homies. Klanten en aspirant klanten weten wie jij bent. Een altijd scherpe, klantgerichte en vrolijke heer of dame die zeer oplossingsgericht is. Je neemt de kantoor telefoon aan, verbind door met de juiste collega’s, beheert de agenda’s van de makelaars, en plant de bezichtigingen in. Op termijn ga je ook aankoopdossiers voorbereiden voor de makelaars en mag je actief mee te denken met oplossingen en creatieve ideeën.

Als jij je herkent in de onderstaande kenmerken willen wij je graag ontmoeten:

– Sterk in planning/planmatig;

For our Urban Homies team, we are looking for an enthusiastic relocation consultant, or rather Urban “Homie”!

You are responsible for successfully guiding expats to the ideal accommodation and you know how to navigate the relocation world. You supervise the entire process from the initiation to aftercare. You are responsible for guiding, planning and placing new customers with a personal approach. You are able to build your own network. In time you will be the single point of contact for your own account. You contribute to the short- and long-term goals of Urban Homies.

We are always looking for social and enthusiastic people who meet the following:

– Have proactive skills
– Service oriented
– A nose for new business
– Know Amsterdam and the surrounding area well
– Empathy and social skills
– Excellent English language skills (must)
– Systematic and flexible (must)
– Adaptable, being able to switch well between projects (must)

You are responsible for the buying and selling process of Dutch and International customers. You supervise the entire process from the first meeting to the aftercare. You work at the office for this, but you also go outside. You have a personal approach to this, and you build your own network. You contribute to the short- and long-term goals of Urban Homies.

We are looking for social and enthusiastic people who meet the following:

– Residing in Amsterdam

– Excellent English language skills (must)
– Be planned and flexible
– Being able to switch well between projects
