You can schedule an appointment yourself with Nogasco. Mention Urban Homies as the real estate agent so that it is linked to Urban Homies. At the moment, a separate points count is not an option, but we have an agreement that this is possible for our customers.

If you choose an energy label with points counting and then indicate in the comments field that it only concerns a points count, then everything will be fine.

If you are not in the Netherlands, Urban Homies can arrange this for you and be present at the appointment. We charge €40 incl. VAT for this.
