Walking back through the ‘souterrain’, you’ll find a very spacious pantry in the front facing the patio. Behind it is a spacious laundry room, toilet, storage room, technical room and place to store bikes. This floor is also accessible from the canals.

On the first floor, going up from the Piano nobile you’ll find a cloakroom and a guest toilet. In the back house there is a comfortable sitting/television room where you can relax by the gas fireplace. Here you have wonderful views of the garden.
